NOTE: A much cooler version of this video is coming shortly with an inside view of the circuit breaker tripping. I just wanted to upload this version separately for people who just need the basic instructions.
This is a basic tutorial showing how to replace the circuit breaker in a DeWalt DW735 or DW735X thickness planer. The breaker can become increasingly sensitive to heavy workloads after tripping several times, and replacing the breaker is the best option at that point. This is an easy procedure that can be completed in ten minutes with some basic tools and an inexpensive part. Save yourself some money and two trips to the service center and do it yourself.
